Named after the lovely Mesilla Valley, “Little Tableland” region of New Mexico, this cayenne pepper is perfect on your table too. Bright green pendant pods ripen to red with familiar flavor and heat. Pepper walls aren’t too meaty, perfect for dried purposes, even suited for crafts. This slightly curved, wrinkly cayenne is also fit for roasting or frying, fresh eating, and preparing pepper sauces or pastes. Tall plants with moderate resistance produce an abundance of peppers.
