2017 AAS Winner. Known as Finocchio in Italy, this old-timey heirloom is prized for its delicate licorice flavor and crisp texture as a compliment to any salads, soups, or stir fries. Broad overlapping leaves bind together to form a large, tall plant with celery-like stalks. Excellent when grown in containers.
