Bok Choi (Pak Choi)

Also called "Chinese Chard." Non-hybrid version of BoPak. Essential in Asian stir fry and soups, with a mild mustard flavor and a hint of sweetness. Does not head but forms a cluster of smooth, dark green leaves on top of creamy white stalks.
